Support Resources:
- BabyZone - Memorializing Your Infant After Miscarriage or Stillbirth - This is a good link to read through someone else's experience. They also mention a few ideas for memorials and a couple of resources they used/read.
- Miscarriage Association - Provides information, support ideas, memorial ideas, and a community forum about miscarriages.
- March of Dimes - Provides grief information. Sends a free package of books about how to grieve, why it is all right to grieve, and provides a short list of resources.
- Molly Bears - They used to be completely free, but were not receiving enough donations. Either way, great organization that is tax deductible. Pay $20 for them to make you a bear with the weight your baby was. They try to customize it as much as possible. Definitely donate or request a bear (only available on the 30th of every month). I will post mine as soon as I receive it!
- Labelledame - Great place to buy some memorial jewelry for any sort of pregnancy loss (SIDs, Miscarriage, Stillbirth, etc.). It is a bit on the expensive side, I must admit.
- My Forever Child - Another great place for any pregnancy loss, but still on the expensive side. Also offer a few other gifts rather than just jewelry.
- Miscarriage Association - Marking Your Loss - Based in the UK and gives some ideas to memorialize your child.
- About - Several Ideas - Provides several great memorial ideas, such as naming your baby, making or buying jewelry, planting a tree in honor of your child, donating in the name of your child, etc.
